Individuals, Couples, & Families

The Outdoor Achievement Group, L.L.C. was established in 2004 as a therapeutic wilderness program for struggling youth.  Today our services have expanded to include outpatient mental health treatment for individuals and families who are struggling with a variety of Behavioral, Emotional, Relational, and Social challenges.  We have a special interest in helping families navigate Traumas both big and small.  We have retained our ecological perspective.  That perspective recognizes how we are imbedded within a complex structure of ecosystems (e.g., family, neighborhood, school, work, community, larger society, etc.) that influence our daily experiences.  Does your child struggle with excessive Energy or Distractibility?  Is your child quick to Anger?  Does your child battle Anxiousness or Sadness?  Is your child Underachieving in the classroom? Does your child have a difficult time getting Restful Sleep?  Is it difficult for your child to make Friends?  Has Defiance strained the relationship you have with your child?  Is your family struggling to navigate Separation, Divorce, Remarriage, or Blending? Is your marriage or family in Conflict?  Is your family burdened with overwhelming Stresses?

“Sometimes the only way to change a child’s perspective is to provide them with an entirely new one.”
